I have Crackle not only as an app on my phone but on my Samsung t.v. as well. It was included on my t.v. as an app in the "Smart Hub". I was successful watching the first movie, however, since then I have had nothing but technical issues, on both the iPhone app as well as the Samsung t.v. app.
We will start a movie without issues, but at the end of one of the later rounds of commercials, it will return to the movie, not picking up where the movie had left off, but at an extremely earlier point of the movie. It will also not allow us to fast forward to the place we had left off before the commercial break. Or, when coming back from a commercial break, it will replay the same parts of the movie, over and over again. If we chose to stop the movie when these issues arrive, and chose to "play where we had previously left off" it will go back to the beginning of the movie or take us to another part of the movie that was nowhere near a point we had previously seen.
We have been successful watching one movie, from start to finish. We have attempted to watch:
1- A Few Good Men
2- Panic Room
3- Look Whose Talking
4- Look Whose Talking Now
5 - The Messenger
All unsuccessfully. Until they are able to fix these issues, its pointless trying to watch a movie as it truly happens every time, making the movie impossible to get through and is extremely frustrating.
